Several of the wineries such as Chateu St Michelle and the Columbia Winery have been her e for quite a while but recently Woodinville has become the focus for over 45 wineries that are within a 3 mile drive or bike ride from the house.

Redmond Town Center offers a variety of shops and restaurants and a unique theater, the Gold Class Cinemas - This is a theater that is as much an experience as it is a place to watch a movie - an evening out at the Gold Class Cinemas goes to the purchaser of the house
